Glorious sunshine welcomed competitors and visitors to Lurgan Park on Saturday 10 June for the prestigious UK Pipe Band Championships for what proved to be a fabulous day for all.
Organised by the The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association in conjunction with Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, the event attracted a total of 77 bands from the UK, Ireland and further afield who dazzled with a display of the best local pipers and drummers along with drum majors and highland dancers.
