Our flagship facility at South Lake Leisure Centre hosted the Special Olympics Ireland Winter Games Opening Ceremony on Friday 22 March – the first time ever the Games were hosted in NI!
Lord Mayor Alderman Margaret Tinsley was delighted to welcome the First Minister Michelle O’Neill, Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly, elected representatives and the Special Olympics Ireland team to the event.
