Bleary Business & Community Centre is managed by the Economic Development Department. The centre fits with Economic Developments number one priority of growing the economy by providing shared office space for small businesses and provision for community activity, workshops, training and events. We encourage and support entrepreneurs to rent space to set up and grow their business by offering affordable packages to suit the needs of each business. The office, desk and workshop space is available for rent in a series of flexible options from hourly room hire to permanent fulltime and hot desks.

It is a great space for a wide range of Arts and Crafts which makes it perfect for “messy” activities, hobby groups / classes and birthday parties. The training and craft room also has an adjoining hatch into the large kitchen and is an ideal room to book alongside the large kitchen for cooking / health & hygiene courses.
Top of the range Kitchen is available to hire as a training space for cooking / health & hygiene courses. The kitchen comes equipped with 12 hobs and 2 large ovens, 2 hot water boilers, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a large catering fridge and small freezer. We have a range of cooking utensils available to users who wish to hire this facility. Alternatively, the training/catering kitchen is available for hire by outside caterers or by organizations that wish to provide their own refreshments.
