Notice is hereby given that Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council proposes to revoke its current Order in respect of Off-Street Car Parking Charges (£1 for 5 hours) and in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Article 13 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 make an Order entitled The Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council Variation of Off-Street Car Parking Charges.
This Order will remove the charge of £1 for 5 hours in all Off-Street Car Parks currently charged.
