Suspension of the Use of a Parking Place – Magowan Buildings Off-Street Car Park, Portadown
Notice is hereby given in compliance with Paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 that Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 13(1) of the said Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, proposes to make an Order entitled The Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council Suspension of Parking Place Use (Magowan Buildings, Portadown) Order 2021.
The Order will suspend the use of parking spaces situate at Magowan Buildings, Portadown and known as Magowan Buildings Off-Street Car Park for the periods as described in the attached Schedule to allow its use during this period for the purposes of a Council Town Centre Market and associated preparation before, and restoration after, the event.
