We have all seen the television programme ‘Who do you think you are?’ where lost connections are revealed and family trees traced…but would you like to learn how to delve into your own family history?
As part of Positive Ageing Month, a ‘Who do you think you are?’ style event is being held at the Tommy Makem Arts & Community Centre, Keady for those who are keen to learn more about their family tree and would like some help and guidance to get them started with the process.
This beginner’s guide to Genealogy will help you discover how to get started on your family history research, with plenty of advice and tips on where to look for information and how to start tracing your journey.
