Highlighting a wide range of issues and providing advice for over 60s based in the borough of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.

Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Policing and Community Safety Partnership (ABC PCSP) are set to host three free events for the over 60s across the borough this February and March.

Designed to help keep our over 60s safe and well, the popular events will feature guest speakers and information stands focused on providing information and guidance on issues that affect local older people.

This event will end with a free lunch and is an ideal opportunity to come along, have a chat and receive some advice. The events will take place at:

  • Armagh City Hotel: Wednesday 08 February 2023, 10am-1pm
  • Lough Neagh Discovery Centre: Wednesday 22 February 2023, 10am-1pm
  • Belmont Hotel Banbridge: Wednesday 08 March 2023, 10am-1pm

“It’s vitally important older people living in our borough can access the right help and advice they need so they can keep well and live independent lives,” commented Councillor Thomas Larkham, Chair of Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Policing and Community Safety Partnership.

“This fantastic free event will not only provide the opportunity for local older people to hear from a range of professionals and access information on matters that impact them, but it will also enable them to come together and socialise in their communities, helping support their overall health and wellbeing.”

To book your place at one of the events, please email or call Billy on 07919 306281.

Please note, tickets for these events are limited and if they are oversubscribed, places will be drawn at random.
