Are you curious about your family history? Do you want to explore different heritages, identities and cultures and how these can change over generations?

Then check out Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s brand new Genealogy Programme designed to help you explore your family’s past and how environmental, social, religious and political events have shaped lives over the years.

This exciting new initiative is open to the public and offers resources, tools, and expert guidance for those wanting to dive deep into their genealogical roots, while also encouraging people to work together and focus on shared history as a way to build good relations and connections within communities.

The course will take place over a five week period and there are three different venues to choose from. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Registration closes on 10th January 2025.

This programme is funded by The Executive Office’s District Councils Programme.
