The 7 Hills Blues Fest, firmly established as one of the great blues and roots music events is set to make its return this year with another unmissable weekend of music across Armagh City.

The festival will take place from Friday 29 September to Sunday 1 October, featuring a wide range of local and international blues scene artists and bands, in various venues across the historic city.

Attracting locals and visitors in number from far and wide each year, the programme will complement a packed schedule of over 35 free gigs and some fantastic family friendly entertainment in market street. There is something to suit everyone, whether visiting the city to shop, eat, drink or to see the sights, those bluesy tones won’t be far away. Kick starting the festival on Friday 29th are bands on the bandstand from lunchtime, join the fun on Saturday 30th September in Market Street with MD Rafferty Music School Live Lounge, free street entertainment, face painting, balloon modelling, music entertainment and much more, it’s an afternoon not to be missed.
