Banbridge Leisure Centre will be used as a count venue for the local council election taking place on Thursday 18 May, with the following temporary closure in place.
CLOSED: Thursday 18 May from 2pm
The centre will close at the earlier time of 2pm on Thursday 18 May to allow for the building to be set up in preparation for the election count. Customers will only be able to access the gym and pool facilities in the morning and early afternoon. There will be no classes or sports hall bookings.
CLOSED: Friday 19 May & Saturday 20 May
The local council election count process will get underway on Friday 19 and conclude on Saturday 20 May, with the council requiring exclusive use of the centre on these dates.
RE-OPENS: Sunday 21 May
Normal opening hours will operate on Sunday 21 May. Customers will only be able to access the gym and pool facilities. There will be no classes or sports hall bookings.
Please note that customers can access all facilities and activities at the centre on Monday 22 May.
