Community Development are offering Basic Capital Project and Funding Training to groups across the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough. This FREE, unaccredited online training will give a realistic overview of the principles of managing a capital project. Participants will be guided through considerations such as project planning, securing funding and implementing build as well as maintaining a project once it is complete.
This training is primarily aimed at groups who are considering undertaking their first capital project and is intended to help them to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to assess their readiness and better understand the stages in this process.
