As part of their roles, the Council’s licensing team are responsible for issuing licences to petrol stations across the borough. Among the aims of the APEA organisation, is the advancement of scientific, technical and legal knowledge required in the administration of the Petroleum & Explosives legislation and to facilitate the interchange of information, ideas and practice.

Those in attendance at the seminar included licensing officers, electricians, consultants, contractors, installers, suppliers and maintenance companies.
