The draft corporate plan reflects the council’s commitment to create a sustainable, inclusive, and prosperous future. This consultation provides a unique opportunity for residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to actively participate in shaping the future of the borough. The Council is actively seeking peoples input and recognises the importance of collaborative decision-making to address the diverse needs and aspirations of the people of the borough.

The plan focuses on five priorities: Environment and Place, Community Wellbeing, Economic Growth, Service Delivery and Staff, Leadership and Resources.
