The Keep Safe, Keep Well Event is back!

This very successful annual event aimed at older people, is always extremely popular with hundreds attending. This year, there will once again be three events across the borough to accommodate as many participants as possible!

Providing a wide range of information to help older people stay safe and keep well at home, this event will feature key service providers who will talk about a wealth of topics including scams, fire safety, BT telephone changes, TV Licensing as well as fun activities!

“Last year, this event was a huge success and the feedback from participants is always fantastic, so we look forward to the same again this year,” commented PSCP Chair, Alderman Mark Baxter.

“Those attending will receive advice and support to help them avoid falling prey to scams and stay safe in their own home.  We have some fantastic speakers lined up as well as a free lunch – so why not come along and enjoy a morning out in a friendly and supportive environment.”
