Emergencies can happen at any time and knowing how to act quickly, effectively and with confidence is paramount.
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council have partnered with St John’s Ambulance to bring you a First Aid Awareness Training Course, designed to equip you with the essential skills and confidence needed to assist in medical emergencies and support people in need of care.
Individuals from all walks of life can sign up for this hands-on training session. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, member of a local community group, or simply someone who wants to be more prepared, this course will teach you how to respond to a wide range of medical situations.
The course will help you gain confidence, make calling for help easier and teach you how you can save a life. Knowing what to do in an emergency can make you feel more confident and less anxious when someone is in need of medical help.
This course takes place on Saturday 11th January, is free and places are limited.
