Hill Street FC league success and anniversary recognised with civic reception

Deputy Lord Mayor, Councillor Kyle Savage welcomes the Hill Street Football Club who won the Mid Ulster League, Division One Championship, to a reception in Craigavon Civic Centre.

The Deputy Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Cllr Kyle Savage hosted a Civic Reception last evening for Hill Street Football Club, Lurgan to mark a double celebration for the Club as not only were they celebrating their 50th Anniversary they also had the Mid Ulster League Division One trophy with them.

Deputy Lord Mayor, Councillor Kyle Savage and Councillors Julie Flaherty and Peter Haire with the Hill Street Football Club Team who won the Mid Ulster League, Division One Championship, at a reception in Craigavon Civic Centre.

The Deputy Lord Mayor, along with Councillors Peter Haire and Julie Flaherty all congratulated the team on their success last season and the Club on their 50th Anniversary after which the Club’s Vice Captain Adam Carson thanked the Council for the reception and recognition of their success.
