Civic Reception recognises West Down Zone bowlers success!

Lord Mayor Alderman Margaret Tinsley with West Down Zone Bowlers who were successful at the Irish, British Isles and World Bowls Competitions. They are, Patricia Martin-Ball from Magherally Club, Banbridge, who won Irish Ladies and British Isles titles. Andrew Leckey, Jonny Wilson, DJ Wilson and Eddie Campbell who won the Irish Fours and a bronze at the World Championships in Scotland. John and DJ also won the Irish Pairs.

Lord Mayor Alderman Margaret Tinsley was delighted to host a Civic Reception at Craigavon Civic Centre recently for West Down Zone Bowlers who were successful at the Irish, British Isles and World Bowls Competitions.

Well done to Patricia Martin-Ball from Magherally Club, Banbridge, who won Irish Ladies and British Isles titles as well as Andrew Leckey, Jonny Wilson, DJ Wilson and Eddie Campbell who won the Irish Fours and a bronze at the World Championships in Scotland, with John and DJ also winning the Irish Pairs.
