A tasty treat is on the menu for Portadown businessman Alistair Cairns who recently won a £100 restaurant voucher as part of the Food Heartland Network sign-up draw.

Alistair’s name was selected at random from a number of local businesses across the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough who have joined the Food Heartland Network since December 2022.

Mr Cairns chose to use his voucher at The Halfway House based on the outskirts of Banbridge.

The popular restraurant, which is renowned for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and its warm, hospitable atmosphere, has been serving up delicious food to appreciative customers for over 50 years.
